My first Manhattan apartment was a brownstone located on 75th Street and Central Park West. I fell in love with the Upper West Side because of the beautiful tree lined streets, proximity to the Central Park but most of all the magnificent historical residences such as The Dakota, The San Remo and The Century. The building is composed of a whole city block that was formally a vacant lot and the dilapidated Mayflower Hotel (Built in 1926).
