Madonna Upper West Side Co-op Finally Sold for a Discounted $16 Million

Madonna finally sold her co-op apartment in the Harperley Hall building in the UWS a few weeks ago. Harperly Hall, 41 Central Park West, is an apartment building in located Manhattan, New York on 64th street and CPW. The building is located along prestigious Central Park West and was built in 1910, it opened in 1911. When Madonna was rejected by the co-op board of a previous apartment before she was excepted to Harperly Hall. Originally listed asking price was $23.5 million and had its price cut to $19.995 million. Congratulations to the excellent negotiation of the broker who represented the buyer Deepak Nurula, hedge fund owner.
